Honeymoon in France

Trying to plan our honeymoon and wanted to visit Paris, French Riviera (staying in Eze/Nice), and Corsica. Thinking of the following hotels: George V in Paris, Chevre de la Or in Eze (near Nice), and CasadelMar in Porto Vecchio Corsica...does anyone have any feedback or other suggestions as to spectacular hotels/accomodations? Doesn%26#39;t have to be so fancy but needs to be exceptional and memorable...

Also, besides visiting all the spectacular Paris sites would welcome suggestions for things to do in French Riviera and Corsica...what is Corsica like, what is there to do, do you rent mopeds/vespas to get around? What are the highlights to see in the French Riviera? Where MUST we go?

I appreciate any suggestions.

There is so much to do on Corsica...but it depends on what you prefer.

In porto vecchio area...do not miss this beach...

plus real nice bars direct at water with relaxing cafe-del-mare-music all day and good food too...

There are no fancy facilities or things to see...

...its%26#39; just the perfect place for the day and a drink or two...

And I would propose to rent a car for at least a couple of days...
