Beauregard Street

I am considering getting an apartment on Beauregard Street. Has anyone stayed on this street?

I want to know if it%26#39;s a nice area to stay in and also if it%26#39;s noisy or quiet at night.

Rue Beauregard is a bit out of the way. Near Porte St Denis/ Porte St Martin unless there is an other one. Noisy? I do not think it is noisier than many other streets in Paris. It is on the border of a red district type of area. Does not bother me but thought I would mention it just in case.
