Beauvais Paris Shuttle

Just returned from a fabulous trip to the UK, France and Italy. Only challenge we had was that our shuttle from Paris to the Beauvais airport did not show. I did finally get through to them and they said there had been a problem with a driver and said we should take a very expensive taxi ride.

Fortunately, traffic was light and we still made our RyanAir flight, but I would caution anyone hoping to use this service for the future. They assured me I would be refunded both the original fare and my taxi fare, but 10 days later I have yet to see the credit.

Sorry that you had such a stressful return to the airport. Just wondered if it was the Paris-Beauvais bus from Port Maillot that didn%26#39;t show or a privately booked shuttle from another company?

we had pre-paid and booked a transfer with http://beauvais.airport-shuttle.com/ for this weekend and they didn%26#39;t turn up in either direction!! Was that who you had the problems with?

We couldn%26#39;t get through to them on the phone and weren%26#39;t able to leave a voicemail for them as their mailbox was full (probably due to customers leaving messages re them not turning up!!). We ended up with a stressful last-minute dash today and only just made it to the airport in time to check-in after them not turning up despite confirming the details with us yesterday.

You try to plan a hassle-free transfer but if you use them it ends up far more stress and hassled than it would have been just getting the bus and taxi.

For others reading this thread, the offical Beauvais shuttle bus isn%26#39;t all that bad really even if the price does go up every year :)

I agree....we ended up getting the official shuttle bus in the end and it was totally fine. Made us wish we hadn%26#39;t bothered to try and organise a private shuttle to begin with!
