What is %26quot;best%26quot; for you ? fastest, cheapest, most confortable ?

You can obviously rent a car (I always do) if you will need to be moving around a lot throughout the region.

From Nice Airport there is also a bus that goes to St. Rafael .

Here is a link for the bus transportation.

Alternatively, get from Nice Airport to the Nice Train station, from there you can get the train to St. Rafael .... but it could be too much hassle getting from airport to train station, then getting on train etc..

I spend about 25% of my time in Nice and I would advise against renting a car unless you want to go inland, as almost all of the coast is easily accessible by train and bus.

When you arrive at the airport you can enquire if there is a bus to St Raphael (many services in the area do not operate in winter)%26amp;, if there is, when the next bus leaves. A cab is likely to cost at least 200 euros and the train more like 10. There are regular buses to Nice Ville rail station. Buses leave from outside both terminals and drop you outside the station for 4 euros. The journey takes about 15 minutes and it really couldn%26#39;t be easier.

We will travel to Nice on Monday and walk to Nice St Augustin station in about 10 minutes form terminal 1 but it is quite hard to find if you don%26#39;t know the area.

Looks like the weather is improving. Have a great trip.

Did you check with ATS shuttles? Their website is http://www.a-t-s.net/index.php?id_entity=539 .

They may be your best bet at a rather cheap price (cheaper than a cab if you are only 2 people) and they drive you to the door. Very efficient, I always use their services.
