A large group of us are planning on going skiing in January and thinking about staying in Courcheval 1850, at Chalet Athos. Has anyone ever stayed here?
Any recommenations on Courcheval would be great as well. We want a large chalet (10 of us) which is 3 star or above.

cant help u ont he chalet athos BUT courchevel is a great place to stay at..
click onto www.courchevel.com and it will give u all the info about the resort, you might be able to get a chalet thru them. the le croisette pub is a good pub to be at and watch the world go by, saturday tends to be very busy here as it is change over days when new holidayers stay and the others go home. Kalico in the Le Forum is a great place to be at night, this is were we used to hang out after the end of our shifts :o) the Grange nightclub is ridiciouosly expensive, there are 2 supermarkets in courchevel and if i remember either a daily market or it was held on one particular day of the week-
have u tried looking up a chalethotel for your stay?

Hi yes I know this chalet - it%26#39;s decent standard but a little pricey for what it is. Did you want sole occupancy?
