Gare St. Lazare information

Does anyone know if I can go to the St. Lazare station and purchase SNCF train tickets a day ahead for my trip or do I have to travel the same day as I purchase my tickets? I%26#39;ve checked online and our train leaves from St. Lazare to Val De Reuil at 6:45a. I don’t want to purchase our tickets online and I don’t know what time the ticket box office opens at the St. Lazare station. I%26#39;ve searched but I can%26#39;t find any information. Can someone help me?

Would you know if the TER will take me to the same station as the SNCF train if the destinations are the same? I%26#39;m a little confused, since I read a post that they are different.

In the past we went to the St. Lazare station and took the destination train Rouen and got off at the Val De Reuil stop, then took the bus to Louviers.

The TER allows us to get there a little earlier which is perfect, but we need to get to the same station in order to take the bus. I appreciate any information that you could give me.

At St Lazare station you have platforms on the left for TER regional trains, and on the right the platforms for trains to Normandy. So same station.

In France, there is only (so far ! ) ONE train operator, and that%26#39;s SNCF. TER only designates a type of train (Train express régional), the way you also have TGV, Corail, Téoz, Thalys, Lyria, etc. On a same destination, you can have %26quot;grandes lignes%26quot; trains (that are likely to be quicker since they stop at fewer stations) and TER ones, that stop at many places because of their... regional vocation.
