property to buy in Ceret

I am looking to buy a property in the Ceret area for my permanent residence.

3 bedrooms, large garden / terrace

I will be in the area on the 14th November for a few days.

Also does anyone have a small place that I can rent in the new year if I do not find a property before that? Obviously this would have to be fairly inexpensive (while I look for property to buy)
