I%26#39;m planning a long weekend in the Champagne region for a few weeks time and am looking for a quaint french chateaux or farm house/vineyard to stay at. Can anyone give me some suggestions? We%26#39;re planning on hiring bikes and cycling round the vineyards instead of driving (for obviously reasons!) so were after somewhere in the thick of it if possible. All suggestions appreciated!

Royal Champagne in Champillon would be a nice place to stay, a short drive from Epernay%26#39;s town centre. There%26#39;s the Hotel Castel Jeanson where we stayed which the Royal Champagne recommended when they couldn%26#39;t accommodate us for our wole stay. The Briqueterie in Vinay, is very charming and last but not least the Hotel La Tourraine Champenoise in Tours sur Marne. All are near Epernay, though I noticed youved posted in the Reihms Forum, as well which is about a 30 minute drive on the motorway.
