Any cafes/restaurants near K+K Carye Hotel

Is this a good location to stay in. I do%26#39;t like to walk far to a metro. Or can anyone recommend me a nice hotel where is there a metro very close by, lots of cafes, shops, restaurants in the area, and close to main attractions. maybe the Saint Germain area near the Seine?

Not necessarily looking for budget type but not high end either.

Try the Hotel central Saint Germain, http://www.centralstgermain.com/ a nice 3 stars hotel located in saint Germain des Pres. The hotel was newly renovated last year, so it is clean and nice hotel. The hotel is located in a small and calm street between the Luxembourg garden and Notre Dame de Paris.

Great location.

One block from Pierre Gagniere%26#39;s Gaya Restaurant and Joel Robuchon%26#39;s L%26#39;Atelier. You are also near the St Germain des Pres hood and the rue du Bac is a great neighborhood street just around the corner with lots of local cafes.

You will be able to walk to the Musee d%26#39;Orsay and the Seine.

Stayed at the Cayre in July and enjoyed it. Very good breakfast, efficient staff, free internet in the lobby, and very clean and modern decor.

As far as the metro, I don%26#39;t think you could find a better location since it%26#39;s across a one lane street -- about 15 yards from the front of the hotel.

You have quite a few cafes within close walking distance and you also have an underground Shell station with a little mini mart next door. It sounds creepy, but it isn%26#39;t, and they have fantastic fresh bread delivered daily as well as beer, wine, water, cheese, etc. It really comes in handy.
