Would you recommend taking a cruise on River Seine in November? I guess it%26#39;ll have to depend on the weather. Are there any particular company you%26#39;d recommend?
Thanks.

There is outside and inside seating, so you%26#39;ll be fine.
It%26#39;s kind of fun, especially in the evening when everything is lit up. It might be chilly but if you have a jacket it won%26#39;t matter.
I prefer Vedettes du Pont Neuf because the boats are small. You get them at the Pont Neuf.
There%26#39;s another company that runs from the Eiffel Tower.

The cruise on the Seine gives you a unique
perspective of that part of Paris. In my
opinion Les68 is correct about evening being the
best time.
Many have posted that just the cruise, without
dinner might be best.
Enjoy

Thanks guys. I%26#39;ll check out the venues. I have heard about river cruise from Eiffel Towel. I%26#39;d prefer not doing dinner with the cruise.

Can a person buy a ticket right at the pont?
|||
we used Pont Neuf in July. Bought a ticket and walked on. They have a web site http://www.vedettesdupontneuf.com/va/ There is an internet discount on there

You can buy them right at the dock. You can also get the coupon off the hotel rack. I bought when I got there to try to go on the best (no rain) evening. I did the evening trip and I have done the day trip. I loved them both!

We took the
Seine cruise on a very cold night and, of course, sat inside only to find the boat was unheated. It was a thouroughly miserable experience on what should have been a glorious trip we had always enjoyed in the past.

we took a cruise starting from the new opera, went under Paris with the ship ( yes) and then for 2 hours north . passed the Hotel du Nord , under the trees , through the streets , to land in %26quot; la villette- cité des sciences%26quot;. faboulos , relaxing. take it, but book first

I%26#39;d recommend taking a Seine sightseeing cruise at ANY time of year..day, night or both. As for which of the several cruise operators you choose??...it really doesn%26#39;t make a difference (some have larger/smaller boats prices vary by a couple of €uro). They all make pretty much the same %26#39;..circuit..%26#39;---from just above Eiffel Tower to just below Ile Saint Louis. So pick the one that is most convenient to whereever you are when you decide to take a cruise.

My favorite is Bateaux Mouches at Pont de L%26#39;Alma, cheaper than Bateaux Parisiens and you get usually ten minutes extra, 1h10 for 7 euros
