Hi we%26#39;re going to Paris for 4 days next week and wondered if anyone could give us some travel info. We%26#39;re flying into C.D.G airport T1 at 6 oclock on Sunday evening, how do we get to the RER station is it via shuttle bus or is it connected to the terminal and within walking distance? Also can we stay on the RER line 4, right down to the St Micheal/Notredam stop (only 2 minutes walk away from our hotel) or do we have to change at all. Any info would be more than grateful. Many thanks Floyd.

From CDG T-1, you need to take a shuttle to the nearest RER station (it%26#39;s T-2 that has the station within the terminal).
It%26#39;s the RER line B from CDG (RER has alpha labels, the metro has numeric labels). Metro Line 4 has a stop for St Michel (as does RER-B). Since you will be coming into Paris on RER-B, just stay on it until St Michel.
You can get a map showing the RER/metro stop St Michel and your hotel%26#39;s street address by using www.mappy.com and the %26#39;itinerary%26#39; and %26#39;pedestrian%26#39; options.

For a bit more detail on how and where you make the free ADP shuttle (navette) connection between CDG #1 to the RER station for the RER %26#39;B-3%26#39; train to SAINT MICHEL-NOTRE DAME check (an print out) the information here--
aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/…
It is also worth noting that the primary exits for the RER portion of this large station will be a couple of blocks away (at Quai de Montebello/rue Saint Jacques at Petit Pont--orient yourself with your Paris streetmap) from the primary exits for the Metro portion of the station at Place Saint Michel.
ALL of the trains from here will go into Paris and stop at SAINT MICHEL-NOTRE DAME the only difference will be that trains with %26#39;..Kxxx..%26#39; train designators will be %26#39;express%26#39; and take 34 minutes and trains with %26#39;..Pxxx..%26#39; designators will be %26#39;local%26#39; and take 39 mins.
