CDG to Paris Bercy

What is the best way to travel from CDG to Paris Bercy? We will be arriving by Air France flight on 22nd Oct afternoon at CDG and plan to catch the overnight train to Rome from Bercy.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Here is some generic info - depends on how much time you have in between...

Transportation website:

www.ratp.fr - has %26quot;itineraries%26quot;, and all the maps for metro, RER and bus.

www.mappy.com - good for figuring out walking distances (use %26quot;Pedestrian%26quot; in the itinerary/routes feature)

You can taxi directly to Gare Bercy(40ish€)

You can take the RER train to Chatelet stop, then change to Metro to Bercy stop. (8€)

You can take the Air France bus to Gare de Lyon, then the Metro to Bercy.(12€)

Thank you for the quick response. Its very helpful for us senior citizens travelling to Europe for the first time.

Also what is the best way to travel from Gare De Lyon to the Trocadero? We will be arriving at Gare De Lyon from Venice at around midnight and our hotel is located at the Trocadero. Will it be safe to take the metro at midnight? Any idea on roughly how much a taxi might cost?

Regards.
